Please Pray

Well, this a little sad note. Four months ago Uncle Burl (my granddad's brother. They were very close and had just gotten back from a three week road trip.) died rather suddenly. Long story short, he fell and suffered a stroke and just never recovered. It was about a week and he passed. Thursday his wife, Aunt Carol, could not get out of bed and an ambulance was called. Gramps calls every day and on Thursday Aunt Carol did not answer the phone. He did not want to worry anyone. Friday afternoon he was called by one of his nephew's and Aunt Carol was in the hospital. She had bladder or liver cancer (I can not remember) and it was not good. By Saturday afternoon she was gone. This was about 36 hours after diagnosis. Please pray for her three children for the sudden loss of their father and now mother. Also pray for the grandchildren who are college age to about 26. This was so sudden and so sad. Aunt Carol was such a kind woman. She and Uncle Burl would let us come over and swim and have just a blast in the summers. They were both very special people and their families need the prayers.
